About the Role

Fame Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lettings Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the office, you will be responsible for managing the smooth running of the lettings process for a high-end portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lettings process, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Update property details, tenancy agreements, and sales memorandums onto software
  • Manage keys for properties and coordinate with tenants and landlords
  • Arrange inventories, check-in and check-out reports, and liaise with contractors regarding refurbishments and repairs
  • Process renewals and new tenancy agreements, and arrange relevant certificates
  • Register and deregister deposits on TDS, and assist with office management duties
Requirements
  • Minimum three years' experience in a property or lettings administration position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team
