This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and have their IPAF licenses. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality IPAF training to both internal and external customers across the South East region, providing a competitive salary, car or cash allowance, pension, 25 days holiday, and life assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive training courses to delegates across the region, requiring extensive travel to multiple sites.
  • Promote quality health and safety standards, ensuring the well-being of customers where necessary.
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to external awarding bodies' criteria for all courses delivered.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of course completion, uploading relevant paperwork to governing bodies as required.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of training within the business, adhering to external body requirements.
  • Direct leads to relevant sales teams, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Prepare and present training sessions as required, leveraging expertise to drive excellence.
  • Assist with formal audits and verifications, supporting the maintenance of robust processes.
  • Cooperate in planning and arrangements, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Undertake assessments and document training outcomes, aligning with service level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain easily accessible training records, reflecting ongoing proficiency.
  • Pursue opportunities for improvement, implementing changes that enhance the training experience, subject to approval.
About You
  • Familiarity with IPAF demonstration qualifications is desirable.
  • A valid driving license with no more than 6 penalty points is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • An adaptable attitude towards travel and flexibility is expected.
