About the Role
The Department of Accounting at SSRN invites applications from outstanding candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in Accounting. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development of the department and composition of the faculty.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research in accounting, with a clear strategy for outstanding publications in leading journals.
- Teach accounting at under- and post-graduate level, with prior experience in teaching being an advantage.
- Contribute to the department's teaching and research activities, with opportunities for service and citizenship contributions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have a completed PhD in accounting or a related area, with a clear and well-developed strategy for outstanding research. You will also have the ability to teach accounting at under- and post-graduate level, with prior experience in teaching being an advantage.
