Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Diversity and Inclusion Lead to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving our inclusion strategy and ensuring that our workplace reflects the diversity of our customers and communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure inclusive recruitment practices
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance cultural competence and awareness
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and track progress

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

What We Offer
