About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Stock and Trade Assistant. As a key member of our warehouse and merchandising team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Stock Management: Follow planograms and focus on merchandising efforts to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Price Updates and Stock Control: Update price changes and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Store Recovery and Maintenance: Recover the store after a busy day, ensuring a clean and organized environment for customers.
  • Delivery and Receiving: Oversee and action several deliveries throughout the week, ensuring timely receipt and storage of stock.
  • Stock Replenishment and Ordering: Manage stock levels, order stock as needed, and replenish shelves to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Product Knowledge and Adaptability: Develop a strong understanding of our products and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Physical Demands: Meet the physical expectations of the role, including lifting and moving stock, and working in a fast-paced environment.
