We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our £28M civil engineering project in North Devon.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery of the project, ensuring that it is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The role involves assuming overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, overseeing the entire programme, and managing the production and implementation of project plans, risk assessments, inspection test plans, and waste management plans.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the NEC Forms of Contract and demonstrable management skills in civil engineering projects up to £20M.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., civil engineering)
  • Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale civil engineering projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • CSCS (Black card) / First Aid at Work / SMSTS
