Care and Compassion Nursing Leader

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role at our care home in Stirling. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for inspiring and guiding your colleagues, promoting a positive culture, and driving continuous improvement.
About the RoleThis permanent position offers a competitive salary up to £49,400 per annum, plus benefits including a £1,000 joining bonus, paid DBS/PVG, and company pension scheme. As a Registered Nurse leader, you will be responsible for mentoring and supporting staff, developing policies and procedures, and contributing to quality assurance initiatives.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have valid NMC registration, a genuine passion for elderly care, and prior experience in nursing homes (advantageous but not essential).
