Job Title: Care Home Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Home Administrator to join our team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate with staff, residents, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including resident information, staff rotas, and financial data.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care home or related setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Knowledge of care home regulations and standards.
