CV-Library is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Work Specialist to join our Hospital team in Newham, London. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our hospital's social work services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evidence-based care plans that prioritize patient well-being
  • Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide emotional support and advocacy to patients navigating the healthcare system

The successful candidate will have a degree-level qualification in Social Work or equivalent and at least 2 years of post-qualified experience as a social worker. A full UK driving licence is also essential.
