Job Title: Nursery Manager - Early Years Education Leader

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join our award-winning nursery group. As a leader in early years education, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters children's development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the planning, delivery, and assessment of a high-quality, play-based curriculum in adherence to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Ensure all policies and procedures related to safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety are strictly followed.
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring they are actively involved in their child's learning.
* Manage the recruitment, training, and performance of a dedicated team of early years educators, promoting continuous professional development and ensuring a motivated workforce.
* Oversee the nursery's financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Requirements:

* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an Early Years setting.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
* A deep understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and childcare regulations.
* Financial management experience, including budget control and reporting.
