## Job Title: Mobile Grounds Operative

### About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services to our clients in and around Tunbridge Wells.

### Key Responsibilities

* Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor spaces to a high standard
* Perform landscape gardening and landscaping tasks, including pruning and spraying
* Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to the team

### What We're Looking For

* Experience in grounds maintenance is essential
* Full Clean UK Manual driving licence, with a vehicle provided by the company
* IT literate, with experience using tablets and smartphone apps
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* Local to the areas stated above

### Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of £11.44
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
