We are seeking an experienced Optimisation & Improvement Consultant to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in driving business process transformation and operational efficiency across our various business units.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align optimisation strategies with business objectives and ensure effective resource utilisation.
- Partner with business functions to identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements.
- Lead interventions to identify areas for improvement across business functions and develop recommendations for process redesign.
- Analyse and redesign existing processes to increase productivity and enhance performance.
- Utilise data analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for informed decision making.
- Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of optimisation efforts and lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of process improvements.
**Requirements**
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving optimisation and improvement goals.
- Proven experience in leading optimisation and improvement transformations across several initiatives, programmes, and businesses.
- Deep understanding and experience of utilising process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, CI, and other relevant frameworks.
- Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering data-driven solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Project management expertise, with a focus on managing multiple projects and deadlines with a collaborative and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident and experienced in change management principles and experience in leading organisational transformation.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
**What We Offer**
- Competitive annual salary of up to £70,000 dependent on experience.
