We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to maintain their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include providing companionship, personal care, medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility support to our clients. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
