Pub Manager Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced pub manager to join our team at The Crown Hotel. As a pub manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in managing a team, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.

The Crown Hotel is a well-established pub with a loyal customer base and a strong reputation in the local community. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance, as well as a range of benefits, including a generous bonus scheme and opportunities for career advancement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the pub, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Maintain high-quality facilities, including food preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Foster positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and local community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a pub manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
