Compensation:** £50,000 - £70,000 per year

We are seeking an Apprentice Development Expert to join our team at National Skills Agency. In this remote role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to apprentices, focusing on Fire Safety and other relevant topics.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging introduction modules and professional development programs for apprentices, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
  • Provide coaching, tutoring, and mentoring services to apprentices, focusing on Fire Safety and other relevant topics.
  • Develop tailored training workshops, adopting a personalized approach to meet the unique needs of each apprentice.
  • Regularly analyze initial assessments of prior learning to identify learners' strengths and weaknesses, creating targeted training plans accordingly.
  • Provide progress feedback to learners, supporting them in meeting their learning goals and targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progression, ensuring efficient monitoring and tracking.
  • Assist learners in preparing for End Point Assessment, providing guidance and resources as needed.
  • Lead the standardization program for mentors across our clients' organizations.
  • Contribute to the development, advancement, and promotion of our clients' profiles.
  • Maintain professional competency in line with our clients' staff CPD Policy.
Requirements
  • A Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety or equivalent qualification.
  • A recognized teaching qualification (PTLLS, Level 3 Award in Education and Training, or equivalent).
  • Desirable experience in supporting adult learners.
  • Excellent IT skills and confidence in delivering learning remotely.
