Project Coordinator - Adults and Health Directorate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support projects across our Adults, Health and Commissioning Directorate.

This role is part of the Change and Service Improvement Team which brings programmes, projects and service improvement together to design, develop and deliver our major change portfolio and support our strategic ambitions.

As Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to Programme and Project Managers to ensure the smooth delivery of projects that focus on improving outcomes for vulnerable adults and supporting our aim to support people to live healthy, safe and independent lives.

You will work effectively, in line with our project management methodologies and standards, to manage the production and maintenance of key documentation such as project plans, highlight reports, Risk, Actions, Issues Decisions (RAID) logs, and formal and informal meeting and workshop documentation.

The Project Coordinator will be required to communicate well across all stakeholders, including internal colleagues and external partner organisations.

A key function of the role will be to support project team members to fully utilise the MS Project Online system, advising and assisting in the application of project procedures and disciplines, and taking responsibility for recording and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

**Salary:** £28,000 - £31,000 per annum
