About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Sales Executive to join our team. As a Property Sales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively contacting businesses to offer value and great services, responding to all leads, building relationships, and guiding prospects to a sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contacting businesses via telephone and email to offer value and great services.
  • Responding to all leads, building relationships, and guiding prospects to a sale.
  • Consistently using effective account management to create and sustain client/customer relationships.
  • Maintaining the CRM database and diligently monitoring all communications.
  • Working to sales targets and creating a pipeline to nurture and convert through relationship building.
Requirements:
  • B2B Sales Experience.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • The energy to work in a lively high-pressure office.
  • Motivated to smash sales targets.
