About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Data Protection and Compliance to join our team at ASOS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

As a seasoned professional in data protection and compliance, you will have a deep understanding of the complexities of data privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data protection and compliance program that ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our customers' personal data.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure that our data protection and compliance policies and procedures are aligned with our business objectives. You will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to our employees on data protection and compliance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data protection and compliance program
