We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Support Specialist to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes, including the upkeep of the home and surrounding grounds.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the care home and surrounding grounds, ensuring excellent first impressions for all visitors.
  • Maintaining the company vehicle, carrying out basic safety checks, and participating in the on-call rota to provide emergency services when needed.
  • Assembling/installing new equipment and goods delivered to the home.
  • Carrying out plumbing, joinery, and general building repairs to a good standard.
  • Maintaining the fire and water risk assessments and reviews.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DIY, plumbing, joinery, and general building repairs, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
