About Us:

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team, responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods for students and staff. This role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional food and service, as well as building relationships with clients and customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items using provided recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintain Food Hygiene, Allergen, and Health and Safety compliance.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and customers, providing excellent customer service.

About You:

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service, with the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of education catering, using fresh ingredients, and possessing excellent craft skills.
  • Food Hygiene level 2 & 3 (further training will be available).
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • Self-motivated, able to use initiative, and a desire to learn.

This role offers:

  • 30 hours per week, with no late nights.
  • Working 39 weeks per year, based around term time.
