Transforming Engineering Excellence at Triumph Motorcycles

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to lead and own engineering quality for all chassis engineering at Triumph Motorcycles. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for driving quality and process excellence in design teams, conducting detail design reviews, and reviewing and approving key documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive engineering quality for all chassis engineering
  • Conduct detail design reviews and approve key documents
  • Support and drive quality of process and engineering in design teams
  • Deputise for the Director Design (Engineering services)
  • Travel to locations outside of the UK, including Spain, India, and Thailand
