We're looking for a Fitness Manager to lead the development of our leisure service, supporting all residents to lead healthy lives. As Fitness Manager, you'll be at the heart of our fitness programmes, inspiring members and staff to achieve their best.

Your role will be to drive the fitness programme forward, seeking new ways to innovate, increase participation, and tackle health inequalities in the community. You'll work closely with our Environment, Sustainability, and Leisure team, responsible for managing parks, open spaces, roads, leisure services, and cultural facilities across the borough.

Key responsibilities include managing group exercise and personal training programmes, ensuring they're engaging, fun, and inclusive. You'll also be responsible for ensuring high standards of safety and delivering excellent customer service.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills who's passionate about fitness and people. You'll bring positivity, a proactive attitude, and the ability to connect with both members and staff, fostering a welcoming and motivating environment.

As a Fitness Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference to the local community and contribute to our mission of building a healthier, happier community at Camberwell Leisure Centre.
