Your Impact:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote DEIB across campus.
  • Lead and manage the OSIB team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to create engaging programs and resources that support diverse student populations.
  • Advocate for policies and practices that promote equity and inclusion within the university community.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners to enhance DEIB efforts on campus.
Your Qualifications:

We seek a visionary leader with a deep commitment to DEIB and a proven track record of success in higher education. You possess:

  • A Master's degree or higher in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in developing and implementing DEIB initiatives within a university setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach to working with diverse stakeholders.
  • A passion for creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all students.
