Experienced Social Worker

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess referrals and conduct visits to families to gather information and assess risk
- Collaborate with other professionals, including the Assessment team and Early Intervention service, to ensure families receive the right services at the right time
- Develop and implement interventions to achieve the best outcomes for children and families
Requirements:
- Advanced understanding of threshold and risk
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
