We are seeking a highly skilled Paint Preparer Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for preparing composite components from chassis to bodywork and wings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential problems in the manufacturing process and implement solutions to maximize performance and efficiency.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing facilities.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements:

• 2 years' experience in preparing composite components.
• Proven competence in working with composite materials.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
