About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team in the rail industry. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for managing project costs through comprehensive planning, detailed estimates, and feasibility studies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator to work with a tight-knit, family-run business that values career progression and offers training and development opportunities.

The Job Description:

  • Develop and manage project cost plans, estimates, and budgets
  • Oversee tender and contract documentation
  • Liaise with clients and project teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review tender documents
  • Manage variations and negotiate final accounts
  • Ensure budgets are adhered to throughout the project

Requirements:

  • Quantity Surveyor/Estimator with experience in the rail industry
  • Commutable to Rye
  • Full UK driving license

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £57,500 - £67,500 per annum, plus benefits including Monday-Friday working hours, on-site gym, and company events.
