We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Aspire People Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a 2:1 or above degree in Psychology to gain valuable experience in a primary school setting.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist classroom teachers with lesson planning and delivery, providing one-on-one or small group support to SEN students. They will also help create a positive and inclusive learning environment, assist with classroom management and behaviour support, and work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology.
  • Previous experience working with SEN children, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
