Care Support Specialist
Salary: £20,000 - £28,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals in need
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care and domestic chores
- Supporting individuals in engaging in activities that promote their well-being and independence

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and as part of a team. You must also be able to follow agreed guidelines and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.
