About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our highly efficient and professional body shop team at our Accident Repair body shop in Ayr.

As a Vehicle Spray Painter/Prepper, your main responsibility will be to efficiently prepare, spray, and finish vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing surfaces.
  2. Apply paint and coatings to vehicles using spray guns and other equipment.
  3. Finish vehicles by applying clear coats and other protective layers.
  4. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets quality control requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in vehicle painting and finishing.
  • Knowledge of paint and coating materials and their applications.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
