Job Title: Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our team at Randstad Tuition Services. As a Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism spectrum conditions in Maths, English, and Science.

About the Role:

As a Tutor, you will be responsible for developing personalized lesson plans, assessing student progress, and delivering engaging sessions that cater to a variety of learning styles. You will also collaborate with educational and care stakeholders to ensure student support and adhere to KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality lesson plans that meet the needs of students with Autism spectrum conditions
  • Assess student progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Deliver engaging and interactive sessions that promote student learning and engagement
  • Collaborate with educational and care stakeholders to ensure student support and well-being
  • Adhere to KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines
Requirements:
  • Previous experience tutoring students with Autism spectrum conditions or similar
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
