Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing tailored support for children with Special Educational Needs, promoting their learning and development, and contributing to a positive classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting children with Special Educational Needs in achieving their learning and development targets
- Contributing to an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for students
- Providing tailored support for children with various Special Educational Needs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in supporting children with ASD, ADHD, Mental Health, Emotional, and Behavioural Needs
- An adaptable and flexible approach to supporting children
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
