Job Description:

  • You will be gathering and documenting business requirements and processes, facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • You will analyse business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, optimisation, and automation, and analyse data to identify trends and patterns that can assist in decision making.
  • You will be assisting in the development of test cases and conducting testing to verify that the developed solution meets the specified requirements.
  • You will be supporting change management and transformation projects, helping stakeholders adapt to new processes, systems, or organisational changes.
  • You will be promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing processes and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We require all candidates to have the flexibility and willingness to relocate post training for deployment to client site. Remote working cannot be guaranteed. You must have eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of your contract with Sparta Global (British or Irish Citizenship, EU Settled Status, or Permanent Visa Holder).

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 per annum, which is reflective of the company's location and the candidate's level of experience.
