Support Worker for Learning Disabilities

We're recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team in Rothwell, Leeds. As a Support Worker, you'll provide the highest possible standard of care and support for learning disabled adults.
You'll work with individuals to help them achieve their goals, build their confidence, and take on new challenges. Every day will be different, with opportunities to support people with a range of tasks, from daily living skills to developing new interests.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Helping individuals to develop daily living skills, such as cooking and cleaning
- Supporting individuals to engage in activities and hobbies
- Working with individuals to develop their confidence and self-esteem
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £11.74 per hour
- Generous holidays, including 33 days annual leave and 8 statutory bank holidays
- Overtime allowance of 10%
