Job Title: Fabric Maintenance Specialist

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Fabric Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out fabric maintenance duties and other tasks on-site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plumbing: washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new sinks, urinals, and toilets, pipework (copper or PVC)
  • Carpentry: hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture
  • Tiling: floors, walls, and carpet tiles
  • Painting and Decorating
  • Plastering
  • Fixing Furniture
  • Hanging Pictures and Shelves

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Fabric maintenance engineer
  • Fabric qualified - Plumbing, Carpentry (C&G, NVQ)
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Good communication skills
  • Client-facing
  • Immediately available or able to start at short notice

Working Hours and Rate:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 5pm
  • £19 per hour (paid via umbrella)
  • Parking on site
