At Home Instead, we're dedicated to providing exceptional home care services that enhance the quality of life for our clients. We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Cwmbran.
Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live happy, independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing companionship and assistance with daily tasks
- Preparing and supporting with meals
- Prompting and assisting with medication
- Supporting with personal care and dressing
- Social visits and support with appointments and shopping trips
What We Offer

- Excellent rates of pay, £12.00 Monday to Friday, £12.50 at weekends, and double time on bank holidays
- Part-time hours available
- All visits are a minimum of an hour
- Paid mileage, 30p per mile
- Paid training
- Paid shadowing visits
- Ongoing support from Mentors
- Regular team meet-ups and social events
