Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Jennifer Lynnes Midwest Bus Parts Inc. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Parts Schematics and Ordering: Utilize parts schematics to accurately identify and order parts, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing errors.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Parts or Service role within the Automotive Industry.
  • Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of parts department procedures, materials, tools, and software.
  • Skills: Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
