Primary School Speech and Language Therapist

About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our primary school team in Dagenham. In this role, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support for students with speech and language needs, helping them achieve academic success and personal growth.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver targeted interventions to address students' communication difficulties, adapting therapy plans as needed to meet individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement inclusive practices that promote student participation and engagement.
  • Monitor student progress regularly, using data-driven approaches to inform therapy planning and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to staff on supporting students' communication needs, contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment.
