Experienced Senior Care Professional

A top residential care home in the Bristol area is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead their team of care professionals.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience being registered with CQC or be an experienced Deputy ready to take on a leadership role.
This is a great opportunity to join a small-sized home that provides care to many residents who have Dementia and other complex needs.
About the Job:
- Develop and implement effective care plans that cater to the diverse needs of residents
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality care services
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching when necessary
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification (RMA) or Deputy Manager experience
- Proven experience working in a care setting, preferably with older adults
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
