Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division is seeking a Technical Training Coordinator to develop and maintain complex technical training material for our internal and external customers.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in training development, particularly in the creation of virtual learning content and programmes.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer training, education, and onboarding requests, as well as identifying training needs within the Customer Support Group.
  • This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality training materials.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical training materials, including virtual learning content and programmes.
  • Triage and coordinate customer training, education, and onboarding requests.
  • Identify training needs within the Customer Support Group through regular consultation with Managers and Technical Leads.
  • Deliver 'train the trainer' style courses to regional teams delivering training to customers.
  • Research and implement new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
  • Promote a work culture of continuing professional development (CPD).
Requirements:Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 3 years related experience in training.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and techniques.
  • Experience developing self-service training material.

  • High attention to detail with strong written and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze, learn, and understand complex products, technologies, and concepts.

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
