The Romans is seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to join our team. As a Brand Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative social media campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning:
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and insights that inform social media strategies
  • Develop a deep understanding of audience behavior across social media platforms
  • Use data and analytics to inform recommendations on how to grow brands on social media and drive desired consumer behaviors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media campaigns
  • Present strategic recommendations and campaign plans to senior stakeholders
  • Creative Contribution and Thinking:
  • Bring a creative perspective to content production to drive engagement and results on social media
  • Champion social media throughout the campaign planning process to ensure social-first content excellence
