Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our team in RSM UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent client service and identifying opportunities for further work.

About the Role: As a key member of our Corporate Tax Team, you will collaborate with partners, directors, and associate directors on business development activities, while also being a positive mentor to junior staff members.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact.
  • Identify and advise on tax planning opportunities and undertake specialist technical assignments.
  • Research and support proposals for new work and participate in presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on business development initiatives.
  • Mentor junior staff members and contribute to their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in corporate tax, ideally with a qualification such as CTA or ATII.
  • International tax experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record in client handling and project management.
  • Tax experience from a practice background is essential.
  • Solid leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
