Office Administrator Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to work in a Temp to Possible Permanent role, Monday to Friday, 8am or 9am - 5pm, in Aylesham, Kent.
The salary for this position is £23,000 per annum, based on a rate of £11.44 per hour.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage correspondence and communications, including phone calls, post, and emails.
  2. Ensure accurate diary management.
  3. Verify certificates as required.
  4. Schedule meetings and appointments within the company and arrange refreshments and corporate catering.
  5. Oversight of office inventory, ensuring adequate supplies of consumables.
  6. Organise site itineraries, including travel and corporate events.
  7. Keep the CRM system up to date.
Key Requirements:
  1. You must be computer literate and have experience using Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  2. You should be highly organised, a team-worker, and able to multi-task.
