About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our team at Olympus school in South Croydon. As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maths education to students aged 11-19.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver maths lessons to students, promoting a love of learning and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
  • Develop and implement engaging maths lessons, using a range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students.
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods to ensure students achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement maths curriculum.
  • Contribute to the development of maths resources and materials.

Requirements:

  • QTS or QTLS Qualification
  • Proven teaching and learning experience
  • Experience teaching maths
  • Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience
