About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Regional Support Coordinator to join our London team at St Giles Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall coordination of HR, Finance, GDPR, facilities, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Management Team with recruitment campaigns and safer recruitment processes
  • Coordinate new starter training and provide administrative support to the Management Team
  • Ensure invoices, expenses, and contracts are submitted to finance in a timely manner
  • Act as the point of contact for all local finance-related queries
  • Develop, administer, and coordinate the local data protection database
  • Monitor and review new project set-ups and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
Requirements
  • Experience of working in the voluntary sector with an understanding of pressures and demands
  • Experience of providing administrative support to a large team and using financial software
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection principles
  • Understanding of the adverse experiences of our clients
  • Impressive interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
