ICT Sales Account Manager

First People Recruitment is seeking an experienced ICT Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through strategic account management and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and partners at management level.
- Provide high-level documentation, presentations, and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and customer support.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in ICT sales, with a strong win ratio and ability to create sales funnels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge of ICT services, including network solutions and security.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with Japanese language and cultural understanding an advantage.
