Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team performance to ensure quality customer call handling and prompt dispatch of engineer calls, achieving contracted client KPIs.
  • Prepare cover rotas for all UK regions and take remedial action where required.
  • Monitor notes added to the CRM system by agents for quality and accuracy.
  • Act as an escalation interface for field colleagues and on-call managers.

About the Role

This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, including weekend shifts. You will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service.

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on team management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Able to work over the weekend, giving you the chance to have the week free.
