Customer Service Team Leader

Are you a highly skilled and experienced team leader looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our high-volume call centre in the UK.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Manage team performance to ensure quality customer call handling and prompt dispatch of engineer calls, achieving contracted client KPIs.
- Prepare cover rotas for all UK regions and take remedial action where required.
- Monitor notes added to the CRM system by agents for quality and accuracy.
- Act as an escalation interface for field colleagues and on-call managers.

About the Role
This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, including weekend shifts. You will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Able to work over the weekend, giving you the chance to have the week free.
