Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at our condiments manufacturing facility in Peterborough, UK. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating processing and packing equipment, inspecting and maintaining safety and quality parameters, and preparing production documents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain processing and packing equipment, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
  • Inspect and maintain safety and quality parameters, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Prepare production documents, including manufacturing batch records, quality records, and inventory reports.
  • Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure quality and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role, preferably in food and drinks manufacturing.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
