KM Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to fill this exciting role as an Early Years Childcare Assessor.

Job Summary:

This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to support Apprentices in achieving their qualifications while developing your skills and expertise in the training industry.

As an Early Years Childcare Assessor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners, conducting observations and gathering evidence towards their Apprenticeships.

The salary for this role is £29,400 - £33,600 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Nursery Manager.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare or higher.
  • English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 or GCSE equivalent.
  • Desirable: Experience of delivering on-the-job training to staff and holding a Level 5 qualification in Early Years Childcare.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare up to Level 5, including Functional Skills to level 2.
  • Manage a caseload of learners, conducting remote and face-to-face observations to gather evidence.
  • Efficiently manage your diary to ensure timely reviews and completions.
  • Support learners through the End Point Assessment Process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners to overcome barriers to learning.
  • Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, reviews and learner progression.
