We are seeking an experienced leader to take on the challenge of heading an 11-18 secondary academy in Lewisham, Southeast London. As our Secondary School Head, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards and aspirations while providing pastoral support to the Year Group.


Compensation Package: £38,766 - £60,092 per annum (inner London) + TLR


About the Position:
  • Promote pupil achievement through effective intervention strategies.
  • Provide leadership for the Year Group with Form Tutors and external agencies.
  • Instruct specialist subject(s).

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Degree in a relevant field with a teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience in curriculum and/or pastoral roles.
  • Capacity to teach across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
  • Proven track record as an outstanding classroom practitioner.
  • Successful history of raising educational standards.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
