Job Description

As a Home Delivery Driver, your primary responsibility will be to deliver groceries and other essentials to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This will involve:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles with care and attention to detail
  • Ensuring that all products are accurately accounted for and delivered to the correct address
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to any queries or concerns they may have
  • Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and reporting any issues promptly

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers alike
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service and exceeding expectations
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required
